How to approach it

Choose a project with meaningful scope -- something that required coordinating multiple people or workstreams over at least a few weeks. Avoid trivial examples, but also don't pick something so large that you can't cover it in 90 seconds.
- Hint 2
Cover the full lifecycle: how you scoped and planned, how you communicated progress, how you handled at least one significant obstacle or change in requirements. Mention specific tools or frameworks you used to stay organized.
- Hint 3
End with the outcome and your honest assessment of what went well and what you would do differently. The best leaders are self-critical about their own performance even on successful projects.
